The Dark Art Experience Room takes the visitor on a journey of discovery and rediscovery of our understanding of darkness and vision. The experience invites the visitor to explore a space in a dark high-contrast environment and come to her or his own conclusion of what that space is. Then the visitor is led to experience a positive immersion in pure blackness. The ultimate experience of darkness itself.

About The Dark Art
The Dark Art is a movement that explores the relationship between darkness and light within the context of Lighting Design. Our aim is to create a lighting design philosophy that considers and promotes the positive use of darkness as a design tool, enabling the lighting designer greater creative freedom to express through light.
