Educating retail clients

Presentation date: 25. October
Presentation time: 12:15

This paper is a follow-up from the PLDC 2018 presentation in Singapore: How sustainable is your spotlight, presented by Matt Waugh and Greta Smetoniute. The research has been continued and the speaker will explain what progress has been made in educating clients and collaborating with manufacturers as a significant step towards a circular economy. The presentation will share what steps she and the team at the design practice where she works have already taken, what the client feedback has been, and how they are pushing forward, together with industry partners, like-minded businesses and lighting initiatives.
