Pre-convention meeting for Educators and Researchers

This focussed pre-convention meeting helps fulfil the need for universities to collaborate, communicate and partner more effectively. Attendees will have the opportunity to share information about new programmes, progress made at / between existing schools, research programmes, and more. Besides providing an update on the status quo of the Lighting Design education landscape, two key topics will be addressed:
- Lighting modules for students of Architecture, followed by a discussion on Lighting Design modules at Bachelor/Master level for related disciplines
- Arousing more awareness of lighting-related research, not only through the provision of a dedicated portal, but also underlining the value of summarised research outputs as a contribution towards CPD for lighting designers
