Edinburgh Napier University is a modern university based in the beautiful and historic capital of Scotland. The School of Arts and Creative Industries campus lies close to the Edinburgh Old and New Town World Heritage Site and is within walking distance of the city centre.
The university offers MA and MFA postgraduate programmes in Lighting Design. These on-campus programmes are led by an award winning team that includes internationally renowned lighting designers with extensive experience of professional practice. These masters level programmes help to develop specialised skills and knowledge to prepare students for a career in lighting design. Students come from all over the world to study on this programme and graduates are now working in some of the leading lighting practices around the globe. The research driven design methodologies that our students undertake creates graduates with an inquiring mind.
